Internships

Our internship program at The Well takes place during the summer months of June and July. This program is specifically for young, Christian women 20–30 years old who want to be mentored in Christian leadership and community outreach.

Summer interns will serve at Camp Bloom and learn leadership principles for running non-profit organizations. Our internship program gives young women the opportunity to touch the lives of girls in their community while growing spiritually in their own lives as well. They will be challenged physically, emotionally, and spiritually and the outcome will be nothing short of life-changing.
