Residents in our programs must be enrolled in school — high school, college, a GED program, a vocational/certificate program, etc. — and making progress toward their educational goals.
Other criteria for admission include:
- Aging out or aged out of foster care, need of support or at-risk of homelessness
- 18–30 years old
- Willing to receive Biblical instruction
- Willing to attend therapy
- Live in a drug-free home
- Demonstrate the capacity to live independently
- Job ready or currently employed
Healing Springs receives client referrals from foster care case management agencies, churches, community organizations and individuals.
Young women can stay at Healing Springs based on their individual needs. Once they leave our independent living program, they can continue to receive support and services at The Well.
Our intake process takes approximately one month from the first interview to move-in.
